
Processing Times
In-Stock Items: Orders containing in-stock items will be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days of purchase confirmation.
Pre-Order/Made-to-Order Items: Items currently out of stock or requiring custom manufacturing will take an additional 3-7 business days for production before shipment. You'll receive an email notification once your item enters production and another when it ships.
Delivery Times
Once your order ships from our warehouse, standard delivery takes 5-12 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Order Tracking
Track your order status in real-time by clicking the "Track Your Order" button in your confirmation email or by logging into your account. You'll receive automatic updates when your order is processed, shipped, and out for delivery.

Holiday & Promotional Delays: Please allow additional processing time during promotional events, holidays, and peak shopping seasons
Business Days: Processing and delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
Shipping Address: Ensure your shipping address is accurate - we cannot redirect packages once shipped
Package Protection
All shipments are fully insured at no additional cost to you. In the rare event that a package is confirmed to be lost or damaged during transit, we will immediately ship a replacement at no additional charge. Contact our support team at support@princereps.com with your tracking information.
